Applications for grants from the Blount Community Fund (BCF), an affiliate fund of East Tennessee Foundation (ETF), are now being accepted. Proposals with a partial match of cash or in-kind donations will be given priority consideration. Organizations must be tax-exempt 501(c)(3) or other exempt entities.
Applications must be submitted online to ETF no later than September 15, 2018. Grant awards will primarily range from $1,000 to $5,000. One-year grants will be awarded with a start date of December 1, 2018.
An overview of the application process and access to the application are available online at easttennesseefoundation.org.
Blount Community Fund was established in 2016 by a local donor who wished to make a lasting commitment to the people of Blount County by developing a resource to promote Blount County and achieve community goals. BCF is a permanent endowment that supports opportunities to improve the quality of life of Blount County residents.
