New Scholarship Opportunity for Oak Ridge High School Seniors   

 

The Rotary Club of Oak Ridge College Founders’ Scholarship assists graduating seniors from Oak Ridge High School. Scholarship applications, detailed descriptions, and eligibility criteria for 2018 scholarships will be available at etf.org/scholarships on November 1, 2017.  The scholarship application deadline is February 15, 2018.

 

Applicants for the Rotary Club of Oak Ridge College Founders’ Scholarship must have a 3.0 GPA,  demonstrated financial need, and an interview will be required.  Scholarship recipients may enroll part-time or full-time while pursuing a bachelor’s degree at an accredited not for profit public or private four-year college/university. Students beginning at a two-year school must intend to transfer to a four-year school to complete a bachelor’s degree.

 

East Tennessee Foundation currently administers 62 active scholarship programs assisting 189 students

within its 25-county service area and beyond. Scholarships established through East Tennessee Foundation by individuals, groups, families, and friends help fulfill the dreams of those wishing to pursue secondary education.
