Fund for Greene County Initiates Grantmaking

Fund is accepting proposals until April 9, 2018
Applications for grants from the Fund for Greene County are now being accepted by East Tennessee Foundation (ETF). Nonprofit organizations, schools, and units of government are strongly encouraged to submit proposals for projects and programs which benefit Greene County residents. Organizations must be tax-exempt 501(c)(3) or other exempt entities.
Applications must be submitted online to ETF no later than April 9, 2018. The area of focus must be food insecurity and hunger-related issues in Greene County. Priority consideration will be given to those applications in which two or more organizations collaborate as they engage in projects which address the focus area and that benefit Greene County and its communities. Grant awards will not exceed $20,000. Grants will be awarded for a one-year term beginning July 1, 2018.
