Consolidated financial statements for ETF and its supporting organizations are audited by the firm of Brown, Jake, & McDaniel, PC. An unqualified opinion was received, and, in addition, the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors meets independently with the auditor each year to discuss and review the statements and ETF’s accounting controls.
In conformance with federal law, East Tennessee Foundation's three most recent IRS Forms 990 and 990-T and most recent audited financial statements are available to the public. In the interest of transparency, we are pleased to provide the following documents:
- Most recent comparative audited financial statements for the years ending December 31, 2019 and December 31, 2018
- Most recent IRS Form 990 (2019) and IRS Form 990-T (2019)
Please submit a written request to Carolyn Schwenn, Executive Vice President, in order to receive a copy of any of the other documents.
