ANNUAL OPERATING FUND

In most years, East Tennessee Foundation depends on gifts from donors to our Operating Fund in order to have the necessary revenue to balance our budget. While every effort is made to hold down operating expenses, such gifts are necessary and appreciated. Donors to the Annual Operating Fund are the real backbone of the Foundation.
