ETF's Neighbor to Neighbor Disaster Relief Fund provides timely disaster grants to nonprofit organizations in our 25-county region in East Tennessee and is currently activated for the COVID-19 national emergency. ETF seeks to provide emergency funds to nonprofit organizations to meet some of the critical needs created by COVID-19 and is currently accepting applications.
Please note: On a very limited basis, grants will be awarded to nonprofit organizations in Cumberland, Meigs, and Rhea counties.

To apply for a grant from the Neighbor to Neighbor Disaster Relief Fund, please see the instructions below. ETF provides grants to 501(c)(3) public charitable organizations, units of government, or educational institutions. We are restricted by law and therefore unable to provide grants directly to individuals.

General Eligibility and Funding Criteria
Phase I Grants may be awarded to assist with critical and immediate needs created by the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. These may include but are not limited to food, housing, utilities, and health (physical & mental/emotional) needs.
Phase II Grants may be awarded to assist with recurring critical needs, as well as lost revenue and continued operations of essential nonprofit services.
Phase III Grants may be awarded to support ongoing critical needs and continued operations as well as support for nonprofit organizations’ operations return to pre-COVID status (or alternatively newly-emerging post-COVID status).
